  I was always afraid of what would happen after death, that I only live once and when I die the world I knew would disappear and I would never see it again.

  i just started ignoring my intrusive thoughts, avoiding them at times or legit not giving a frick because i got aware i was in control of my actions, not my thoughts, but if im in control of my actions, that means its pretty contained

  It may be indescribable, but I often question why I was born as a human, if I could have been an animal or something else, I could have been born in another country, but why here? I also questioned why we live in this world, in other worlds everything might behave differently. Why does time exist? Why is the world 3D, why does collision exist? Why are we mortal? Maybe death doesn&apos;t even exist in another world. There might be a world where everything is written differently, which is incomprehensible to us, a world in which there are color combinations that we can&apos;t even imagine, or a world whose physics is completely different, or doesn&apos;t exist at all.
