I had Cat Stevens' Wild World stuck in my head for TWO YEARS. I learned the way to beat an earworm is to learn the whole song so every time it popped in my head I went through all the lyrics. The music gets lodged in your brain because you don't fully know it, that's why it's usually just a snippet of a song and somehow learning it makes it go away.

"So we’re mad at our parents for harmless lies, but totally fine with schools, ads, and influencers feeding us damaging BS every day. Maybe the real problem is we stopped noticing who’s lying now.

I appreciate you for educating people on visual snow syndrome. It’s so strange and no one really understands it. I’ve had it since 2018 and for the first few months it was the worst, and it was followed by chronic ear ringing 4 months later. Used to it all now but damn my vision sucks 😂. I’m normal like everyone else but I wish there was a cure lol

The Alice and wonderland view? Hm .I use to get this all the time as a child and didn't have words for it I also get migraines ( including with a lovely aura 😫 ) and been getting them since age 11 I don't get the Alice and wonderland "view" hasn't happened in a long while ..but totally makes since now . this is why I love the Internet..well YT ❤

Added info : when this would happen. I often feel this enormous sense of calm almost euphoria feeling when it happens. It felt odd but I was never scared . Truth be told as a child it made me feel like there was a presence that was with me ( like a guardian angel ) because it would feel like the whole world stood still . it would only last for maybe 10 seconds ,id look away , or try to shake it off but it still be "happening" it felt like a strange awareness of self . I'm 48 years old now but Thank you for this ! So now that I have a name for it I will study more ❤
