I liked your video, it was a good eye opener if everything is correct. I lived in kansas for over 30 years, mostly Overland Park, Olathe and now in near K7. I would say that what i liked about the video was you talked about the price market and key points of the cities. However i'm curious about buying land for privacy and work business / garage setup. I'm more interested in De Soto, Bonner Springs, Fairmount, Tonganoxie, Linwood, Basehor. I'm just wanting land that had trees and privacy where my neighbors are not side by side. I would perfer about 5-10 acres of land and about 100 Yards between me and them or more. Didn't know if you had ideas on anything like that, being a realtor you mentioned

In this video we said Kansas has no personal property tax on vehicles, that's incorrect, and we want to set the record straight. Kansas does charge an annual personal property tax on vehicles, which you pay when you renew your registration each year. The amount depends on your vehicle's value and your county's tax rate.
