  The road sign that said Bolton made me think of Fred Dibnah, what a legend.<br> &nbsp; &nbsp; I love how the car&apos;s always go insanely over budget on a restoration i could do myself for the cost of parts. &nbsp;I&apos;m not much of a VW person, but this one looked quite good. &nbsp;G_d bless.

  You could remove the washerbottle from the Beatle, keep it attached to the spare tyre and with a little adaptation of connecters attach it to an airbrush to use as a compressor, indeed that is how I ran my first modelling airbrush in the 80s with a VW Beatle washerbottle, spare tyre and foot pump

  i think if i was to get a resto done at that place, i`d INSIST on woody doing it ALL , by what i`ve seen , he appears to be the best of the bunch 😀😀

  Took a haircut on that 1303....<br>Turned out pretty Kool. I bought a RHD British delivered Cockney Brunn &nbsp;&apos;76 KABRIO in &apos;86. Brilliant open-top open road machine for here in Australia.

  Why doesn&apos;t the team inspect the car before bidding for it? Surely that would save a lot of nasty surprises.
