Dear Soul, this deeply restorative energy session is created to support the release of emotional heaviness, chronic stress patterns, suppressed grief, and the weight of “carrying everything” in your shoulders, neck, and upper body.

Layered healing frequencies and immersive soundscapes encourage deep relaxation, emotional release, nervous-system calming, and a sense of finally putting down what you were never meant to carry forever.

If your shoulders have become the place where tension, responsibility, heartbreak, hypervigilance, or years of simply “holding it together” seem to accumulate, allow this File to become a space for surrender.

Breathe, soften, and give yourself permission to release the old survival story. You do not have to carry yesterday into tomorrow. Let the shoulders drop, let the heart exhale, and allow your entire field to remember the frequency of safety, freedom, lightness, and peace.

May The Blessings Be 🤍
The Sound Healers

Childhood grief, teen and young adult grief, grief as an adult, grief from one more failed attempt at love and unexpected death. Grief of losing respect for the person your with, just keeping appearances and routine steady.
