  Listening to this within the first hour I started crying. I am 21 and diagnosed with PTSD from abuse throughout childhood and SA. I have been carrying so much in my body and I know deep down the universe has a plan but I am struggling so much. I want to feel safe and I am so thankful this found me and I am so thankful for the release even though it hurts. Whatever it is that you are going through, no matter the reason that you clicked on this video, you are enough. Take it easy on yourself and allow your body to recover overtime. I love everyone here and am wishing the best for everyone.

  It&apos;s safe for me to love again. Everyone is not like her. I can trust again. Every woman is NOT HER. When you know you&apos;ve found her, let her love you. True love is safe. Stop thinking about everything that could go wrong with her and think of all the things that will finally go right with the right woman. <br><br>It is time to leave survival mode and be at peace

  Yes i just found this at 4:30 am I couldn’t sleep it’s been happening to me a lot and I &nbsp;have had terrible anxiety and depression lately this world is so crazy right now I’m praying for humanity and the earth day and night praying we can all get thru this hard chapter in our history it’s so exhausting and scary for everyone everywhere every one tells me they are feeling it thank God for the Sound healers
