  I think something missing is the fact that Tariq Woolen missed almost the entire week 16 matchup and he’s Seattle’s best cover corner. He’s back for this matchup which will allow Spoon in the slot again. Seahawks defense winning this one with the home field advantage and some explosive runs

  One thing that's not accounted for in this video is Seattle's ability to adjust and gameplan. This is why they are 14-3 and won a division that has 2 other Super Bowl caliber teams. If you think they are just gonna do the same thing against Nacua and hope this time it works, you're in for a shock. Clearly they weren't prepared for what the Rams had dialed up that night, they've had several months to reflect from it and learn from their mistakes. And they aren't the least bit surprised they are facing the Rams again in the playoffs as no one is really. They've been expecting to face them again and been gameplanning it all this time.

  I seem to remember a SB where the #1 Defense played the #1 Offense and the #1 Defensive team obliterated the #1 Offensive team. (Seattle 45 Denver 8)

  I think McDonald is going to set a new defensive revolution. Offense always innovates first, but defense eventually catches up. This guy has figured out how to stop the Shanahan philosophy, which literally every young “innovative” Coach is running, from Johnson to McDaniel.
