  That $100 cake was made by someone with a real passion and I hope you reach out to that employee and tell them to follow their dreams and maybe even assist them with it. Their work ethic for the position they&apos;re in... they deserve oppportunity, so serious.

  The unicorn cake was very much underwhelming. The mane was so sloppy. Who ever did the first cake needs a raise in order to buy their own bakery, they deserve it.

  The $3000 cake is amazing but I feel like they were well compensated for their art, &nbsp;the $100 cake might be more amazing because they put more than $100 worth of effort into it.

  The 1st and last cake were the best. You can tell when people LOVE what they do. Because a cake like that with all those details for $100 is unbelievable.
