  Hear me out, I looove mushrooms but outside of this video, if I ordered a flower cake as a regular customer and received a mushroom cake, it would be disappointing even though it’s a gorgeous cake especially for the price. “Flowers” is already a broad theme and there’s so many ways to express your creativity without going completely off script. As a baker, you should respect your customers wishes unless you get full creative freedom

  As a person studying biology. I LOVE mushrooms BUT they ARE. NOT. flowers. Many people mistake mushrooms for plants but they are completly differently built. Their cells are like a mushup of characteristics from plant cells and animal cells. They are a seperate Kingdom for a reason. But i have to agree that the Mushroom Cake was Gorgeous! I LOVE blue and i love mushrooms so it would be perfect for me (⁠◕⁠ᴗ⁠◕⁠✿⁠)

  Ok, I agree that the last one is art, but on the other hand if I ordered a flower cake and got a mushroom cake, I would be asking for a refund.

  I disagree with Cake Twink. If I said I want a flower and you give me a mushroom (regardless of it's beauty) I would want my $450 back.

  The mushroom cake was stunning! The rest were kinda messy. I would be upset to spend $350 on that flower cake with all the mistakes.

  I feel like the cake artist who made the last cake wanted to be creative and go off-theme with the mushroom but then added the orchid to technically cover the prompt. Which I respect tbh.

  Just imagine you ordered a flower cake for your super girly girls flower themed birthday party and you show up and they present you with a mushroom. Um, what? Look, I'm in no way doubting that bakeries skill or talent in what they made, that much is clear, but if you order a car cake, are you going to get a roller skate cake because they both have wheels? I think this would be the fastest way to get a low rating as a bakery, and not for lack of talent, but for deciding not to follow instructions and just make whatever you want. If this series has taught me anything, it's that even if you are super specific and super detailed in your instructions, bakeries apparently go rogue far more often than I'm comfortable with, and that's not just on this channel, but many others who have done similar style videos which makes the price they quote you, quite the head scratcher if you can't even get what you ordered on a basic level.

  Maybe the mushroom bakery messed up and read flower as forest? Was a stunning cake though!
