  I&apos;ve realized that all these traits will come much easier when you get proper sleep. A lack of sleep makes you unmotivated, depressed, ect..

  What I always looked for, besides humor, was competence. When I was growing up, all men carried a Swiss army knife and knew how to use every tool in it. They could all fix a car (before computers were included) and had a well-organized tool chest in their car trunk. Men who didn&apos;t have these things were assumed to be incompetent or effeminate. &nbsp;Things have really changed in the last fifty years.

  Decisiveness is one of the most attractive traits for a man, and indecision is one of the least attractive traits. &nbsp;Nothing makes your girlfriend want to sleep with another man more than a 30-min conversation about where the two of you should go for dinner. &nbsp;Women want a man who can take initiative and make confident decisions.
