  The truth is the younger man is the initiator. they pursue direct no games and they do it with a straight face. They just want a person who’s actually listening and present.

  As a man in my late 20s, I get why older men want a younger woman. But one thing older women have that&apos;s very attractive is that they make you feel wanted, like they want to be there. While younger women can and will replace you very easily. Not judging, but I get why the attraction works in both age gap scenarios.

  Personally when I was between 18-21 I have dated a nurse that was 37 <br><br>At the time it was much more of quality dating vs my high school market at the time

  I have female colleagues on their later 20’s. Once you get talk to them, known them and their mentality… all their beauty is worth nothing. They are chronically online and follow some toxic bubbles. Gen Y women can be… special. I wish I had made connections with older women that have more common ground with myself.
