  Glad to see you continue the journey and (hopefully) having fun with this universe.<br><br>I see that you are curious about the ships and how space travel works. I mentioned &nbsp;Sven van der Plank last time, and he has 30 min video about this exact topics to learn about.<br><br>And regarding the battletech game, I would recommend going with vanilla through the story and after that checking mods if you want to play the sandbox mode. <br><br>Ty for your content and best wishes.

  I&apos;m so glad you&apos;re continuing the series. &nbsp;Couple of thoughts about some things you went over in the video:<br><br>1: &nbsp;Definitely play the Vanilla game first for the 2018 HBS Battletech game. &nbsp;It will get you into how the game is played and you&apos;ll be able to play the story as well. &nbsp;I would suggest to get the DLC&apos;s for it though so the Raven, Hatchetman, and the Bullshark would be available to you. &nbsp;Not to mention the other mods also probably need all DLC&apos;s to work. &nbsp;Slight warning about the mods though, some of them are HUGE and will take awhile to load them up unless you have a fast PC. &nbsp;Roguetech is one of the bigger ones and is also the less cannon mod since it puts in most units available in the BT universe and then you can add them to whatever era map you like. &nbsp;The 3062 one is pretty good if you want a slightly more cannon mod while also having it big.<br><br>2: &nbsp;It would be incredibly difficult to remove the already established feudal system that is in most of the Inner Sphere&apos;s culture and governments. &nbsp;You not only have to create a type of government that all the Great Houses will accept and enforce, but it must also out last the noble families who&apos;s houses have been alive for generations upon generations. &nbsp;Alexander was correct when he made his speech. &nbsp;The problems of the Inner Sphere could only go away with the passage of time. &nbsp;Nicholas Kerensky tried to do away with the Inner Sphere&apos;s system by creating a caste system that is based on meritocracy, but because they put more emphasis on the warrior caste to not only be the military arm of the clans, but to also be the ones politically in charge of the clans themselves, they in turn created the same problem the Inner Sphere has been going through, but with different rules and outlooks.... BUT, Tex will go over more of that in the next video.<br><br>3: &nbsp;The Battlemaster is a very good assault mech and is also very prestigious since at least two of the Great House leaders used Battlemasters as their own personal mechs during the events before and during the 4th Succession War. &nbsp;Look up the box artwork for &quot;A Game Of Armored Combat&quot; and if you come across a big blue mech firing a PPC while holding the arm of an enemy mech, then you found the Battlemaster. &nbsp;Spoiler alert btw for the Warrior Trilogy, that artwork is based on an event that occurs in the story. &nbsp;I won&apos;t say which book though.<br><br>4: &nbsp;IIRC, prosthetics during the Star League era and going into the Civil War were advanced enough to where you can have them and still pilot a mech. &nbsp;Sadly, this technology would become LosTech during the Succession Wars and wouldn&apos;t start popping up again until the events of the novel *En Garde*.<br><br>5: &nbsp;When it comes to Alexander Kerensky and how good of a leader he was, I would say that he was probably one of the best military leaders the Inner Sphere had. &nbsp;As a General, he has the military prowess to work through problems and also understood the political machinations for a plan to work. &nbsp;In peace time is where he falters and most sources agree that Kerensky didn&apos;t really have plan or a planet in mind when the SLDF began their Exodus. &nbsp;He had two objectives. &nbsp;To make sure they were far enough away from the Inner Sphere so that they wouldn&apos;t be found and to also find worlds good enough for colonization. &nbsp;The first part is easy. &nbsp;The second is where things get complicated. &nbsp;I wouldn&apos;t be surprised if they did find some worlds that would have suit their needs, but because of how close they were to the Inner Sphere, it wouldn&apos;t have worked. &nbsp;So Kerensky had the very difficult task of keeping a military army together during peacetime while also not telling them that he had no idea where they were going.<br><br>6: &nbsp;So the Battletech lore after the Clan Invasion, more specifically after the Battle of Tukayyid, was sorta.....rushed. &nbsp;The Clans agreed not to make a push into the Inner Sphere past the demarcation line set at Tukayyid, but that didn&apos;t stop them from taking any planets that was on &quot;their side&quot; of that line and the Clans were still being a thorn in the Inner Sphere&apos;s side during this time. &nbsp;It wasn&apos;t until the Second Star League was created that the Inner Sphere joined together for one purpose. &nbsp;To find the Clan Homeworlds and annihilate Clan Smoke Jaguar. &nbsp;This was the task force Tex mentioned a few times that picked up on Alexander Keresnsky&apos;s final message to the Inner Sphere during Operation Bulldog. &nbsp;After that is where the lore gets very rushed and the FedCom Civil War begans when Katrina Davion Steiner made a power play. &nbsp;Afterwards, the Second Star League breaks apart since their main enemy they banded together for, (The Clans) have mostly stopped dicks and they accomplished their mission of eradicating the Smoke Jaguars. &nbsp;This pissed of Comstar who saw the rise of the Star League as part of their prophecy. &nbsp;When it broke apart, they had a very big &quot;tantrum&quot; fit and started a war against the Inner Sphere in the Jihad Era. &nbsp;After that story line, we go into the Dark Age and ilClan Eras. &nbsp;I already have said WAY too much here and not wanting to spoil too much, but the HPG system that was still operational for the Inner Sphere suddenly stopped working which in turn created massive chaos. &nbsp;The Dark Ages are then ended when the Clans finally make it to Terra and one clan becomes the ilClan. &nbsp;This starts our current era in Battletech. &nbsp;The ilClan Era.<br><br>You&apos;ll understand a bit more in the next video when Tex does a deep dive into Clan Society in his next video. &nbsp;Can&apos;t wait until then. &nbsp;Also, I too am a whiskey drinker and will choose that over wine any day of the week.....twice on Sundays.<br><br>Edit: &nbsp;SHIT! &nbsp;Almost forgot. &nbsp;Happy Birthday.
