Lovely, everything from the scarf, the process of creating and the chinwag. Watching from South Africa. I love listening to your accent. 🪡🧵

I am at the very precipice of trying out boro/sashiko for my self for the first time, thank you for showing up with inspiration to pick up the needle! I love that you actually use scraps, like me. I see way to many videos out there where people buy brand new "quilt" fabric, completely overlooking what quilting and often boro and sashiko was about.

Oh I definitely want to watch the zero waste show. I've been so inspired by things I've been online. Japan doesn't have barely any waste. Even the leaves they have are made into pellets and used for fuel to burn. It's incredible how wasteful we are in the US. It's nice to know other countries are making better decisions. 💙

Your scarf is so beautiful! 🩵💙 making a scarf has been on my list of projects for a bit. I love Japanese fabric and have been building up quite a stash so I better get going before the cooler weather comes.

Hello Caroline 👋 I watch you from the Midwest of the US. I love this project and I wouldn't change anything 😊 I laughed out loud when you talked about cutting off the bottom of the ladies skirt! I buy thrifted clothes for the fabric and embellishments all the time.
