My God, the world has lost one of it's greatest treasures...and it doesn't have many.

Tears streaming listening to this. Sinead saw ahead. Hope Shane & Sinead are sitting underneath that apple tree.

Sinéad tweeted one hour ago “Here’s the best song I ever wrote. I wrote it two and a half years ago. It’s a love letter to my Shaney: Sinead O'Connor - Horse on the Highway ( rough cut demo 2020)… and put the link to this song…

You can hear her fear, her mother's intuition that he was headed on a treacherous path. My heart just aches for her loss.

truly a beautiful song . I hope her soul is right where it needs to be. Still sad after these months but so grateful for all Shuhada Sadaqats gifts.

I LOOOVE the lyrical motif: "Like water, like water..." genius. So powerful, universal, and riveting!

Last night I dreamt of Sinead O Connor riding a small horse through my hometown. Which seemed very random as I’m not massively familiar with her music. Nor do I regularly think of her. I googled Sinead o Connor and horse then happened across this song. Heartbreaking and beautiful. What a woman.
