"There's a modified ruleset"
"Good idea - what are those points for?"
"No one knows"

Gordon giving his back to Bo as a trap is priceless.

Great example of what’s good about both wrestling and Brazilian Juijitzu. The power, base, and violence of action in wrestling and the technical deadliness of BJJ. Learn both.

This match literally would've been 5 seconds if Gordon was allowed to leg lock

The suplex was my favorite part. Hard to beat a guy as technically skilled and who trens as hard as Gordon Ryan.

This was the most hilariously technical match I have ever seen. Gordan was just like, "Yup, he got a takedown. No, I'm NEVER standing up again 😂😂

Commentator: “His sequence is based on people that do jiu-jitsu though”.
8 seconds later: Bo is tapping to a triangle

The strange feeling that you’re surprised and not surprised at the same time… throughout the match.

The fact that Bo was willing to switch discipline against the absolute best in the world even with modified rules. Mad respect

Crazy to think about if Gordon could've pulled guard and used leg locks he would've tapped one of the best wrestlers that ever lived within 2 min.

It's pretty funny how often Bo deploys his tactical shove. His response to nonsense traps is usually just push it away. Gordon is like Why not hug? 😂
