I wish Kevin had never broken his foot in 1987. If he had had surgery as soon as it happened, he may have had an easier recovery. But I heard that he wanted to help beat the Lakers in the Finals so much that he waited until after the season was over. I’m not sure if he was ever completely the same.

In high school Ainge was 1st Team All American in football, basketball and baseball. McHale and Olajuwon had the best post moves ever.
