Allstar need a great lawyer . It came out that he actually lost consciousness while being choked out before he grabbed that gun off floor . He actually got choked out and thrown to floor woke up and grabbed gun . His lawyer should argue that he wasn’t in his right mind and basically fearing for his life in desperation. He blanked out and probably didnt even know where the hell he was at
