  Hi Karuna. I doubt you'd ever read this but you've always been such a safe space along with the community. I have been watching you since I was about 12 and I will be 21 this year. I've recently been going through a lot of hardships to where I have not been getting paid by my job. You have a very warming and welcoming personality. I did not grow up with a mother so you being a motherly figure to not only me to many others is just great. I am extremely greatful. I just wanted to let you know I have been watching your more maternal videos and it's been very helpful along with comforting. If you've gotten this far or have even read this, thank you Karuna for the safe space you have created

  Truthfully, I had an EMDR session in real life a handful of years ago in regard to my sexual assault and I never thought I'd be willing to give it another go because in all actuality, it triggered something so severe in me and I don't think the person doing the session was of genuine heart and interest to see I wasn't quite in the right headspace for the things she was saying. Saying all that to say, I TRULY LOVE ALL THAT YOU DO FOR YOUR COMMUNITY AND FANS BECAUSE GIRL. I SERIOUSLY had second thoughts about EMDR until our queen Karuna blessed it like she always does. Thank you queen for being our online nurturer and comfort for so many years 🙏:)

  My dad is a social worker and is actually getting a certification in EMDR. I was like “I know what that is!!” All because of your videos

  Hello, i’m a silent watcher but i’ve been watching your videos for about 5 years. I can’t afford a therapist and recently my childhood trauma affects me really bad while also continuously living in a space that prolongs it even as a young adult. I watch your EMDR videos every time I struggle and it gets my mind a bit off of it so i can sleep and not think too much about it. I feel really helpless not being able to do anything about it but i want to thank you for making these videos, theyre my only comfort in times like this 🙏🏻

  No one else on YouTube can touch Karunas' ability to do Emdr therapy. She's a natural with this...I always listen, and follow her instructions, and it totally puts me in a peaceful place. Ty Karuna.

  to be honest i’ve given up on therapists. i know there are many AMAZING therapists out there but i can’t seem to get that luck. this session was very releasing and i haven’t felt this calm in a while. love you karuna!!

  My therapist has been suggesting EMDR - Brainspotting. <br><br>And I was more familiar with the process thanks to you. So it lowered my overall anxiety approaching a new therapy technique. <br><br>Thanks for the love ❤️

  I&apos;m about to start EMDR and these videos have been a wonderful way to introduce me to what to expect. They make me feel safe and have a better understanding.

  You are the best and i specifically appreciate that you don’t do mid roll ads. Anytime i try to give another asm-artist i get hit with a mid roll and immediately get overstimulated. Thankyou!!!!
