I thoroughly enjoyed watching this video! Now I'm hungry! I will be shopping for a pork belly and pork roast this weekend! This will be perfect for my pantry! yummy. This is like a homemade recipe for making your own canned Spam. The cabbage, onion and carrot patties are similar to Japanese Okonomiyaki. So delicious!!

Selber Wurst zu machen und diese auf der Art haltbar zu machen ist ne super Idee, und bei Hackfleisch ist auf jeden Fall auch Vorsicht geboten, ich bin Metzgereiverkäuferin und weiß das wirklich genau. Ich werde das auch probieren, aber ich werde 2 Stunden Einkochen, dann aus dem Topf nehmen und unter einem Tuch langsam abkühlen lassen und wenn ich diese Gläser länger aufbewahren möchte, würde ich das ganze Kochverfahren noch einmal wiederholen. Aber die Idee ist super, vor allem weil man seine eigenen Geschmäcker einbringen kann.👍
