  Today i have reach 333 days &nbsp;on duolingo ,i have little knowledge of english .Iam trying to improve it, &nbsp;i am student of math , trying to do better though its tough ,. yes i also &nbsp;need to build my own system like you .

  1. use fear of negative consequences as motivation &nbsp;<br>2.Start small so you fail<br>3. Set systems not goals motivation are temporary &nbsp;system keep going in the bad days <br>4.Changes takes time consider your mental and physical health
