  Love the idea of taking the hand of God without fully understanding, like a child trusting a loving Father who knows more than they do.

  What does it mean to pray with my body? Thank you for the podcast. So very much. Just listened on a walk woth my dogs. I have had many of the same thoughts as he did but wasn&apos;t brave enough to tell people. Like, when I went through so much mental trauma from a breakdown that I thought I&apos;d die. And yet, here I am. I crave his voice and direction because he is a life saver.
