  If you're ancient like me, Ikari Warriors was pretty much the series introduced our generation to SNK. Ikari 3 on NES is still a summertime favorite of mine.

  Thank you for suffering through Victory Road for us, your sacrifice was not in vain and we are forever grateful <br><br>Also I&apos;m a big fan of Ralf and Clark in KOF, and I&apos;m really glad they managed to live past this series and become who they are. Plus them being in Metal Slug just feels so right to me

  The way I see KoF/SNK canon is that KoF is the “main” canon and all the others, such as the original canons they came from, are more of actors playing a role, similar to Mickey and Friends, the Muppets, or to a lesser extent Mario. Which is why the Ikari Warriors can exist in Vietnam and even World War 2, fight aliens, etc.

  Ikari warriors 2 actually gave me nightmares <br>game was so weird and unsettling for some strange reason

  Let&apos;s goooooo! I was waiting for this one, cause Ralf and Clark are my favourite SNK characters. There&apos;s some things I wanna add. Heidern probably was based off a character from the nes version of Ikari 3, which looks similar to him. Supposedly there was a mobile version of the first Ikari Warriors, I think only released in japan during the mid 2000, called Ikari Warriors: Leona or something like that, which included Leona as a playable character, but I&apos;ve never seen any kind of footage of it (it&apos;s probably just lost media by now). I also was thinking about how a modern Ikari Warriors game would be and I imagined it something similar to Republic Commando, where you would play as Ralf giving commands the other characters, and each one would have their unique skills in combat or in other areas

  i also recommend Shock Troopers if you need an ikari warriors fix a much better snk series with similar gameplay

  I don&apos;t normally comment on videos, but I absolutely love this series going over SNK&apos;s lesser-known series. I actually went through all three Ikari Warriors games last October, and went through all the same pain as you did with the final boss of Victory Road. That was some shit, alright.<br><br>Keep up the great work, man!

  I remember playing Victory Road a lot. I don&apos;t remember where but there was an arcade cabinet somewhere convenient that we were always ready to chuck a few quarters into. &nbsp;Never got that far in it, though.
