the cuts between the different locals are insanely good. Especially with you keeping up a similar tone in each one and making it feel as though you're actually teleporting from place to place

I don't know what your spell save dc is, but this is the fourth time in a row I've failed it, and you have successfully read my mind on what I need right now

8:33 lol this feels so sketch today. "Come to the trunk of my car and give me your home address." But in the late 70s early 80s was mostly a legit thing to do.

One thing I've suggested for larger towns, is the concept of a franchise. King Burger, the restaurant. Owned by a large family. You can always use the same hostess regardless of where in the town they are in. She is simply helping her Uncle today in this location and it is so glad to see some familiar faces.

12:24 I love how Dadi is talking to the mic on his coat while looking at the camera and people just start looking around in search of camera confused as hell

Two things that I like to do as a DM when people are traveling through cities is to describe the general atmosphere of a neighborhood (is it quiet, bustling, wealthy, etc.) and a little about its residents (are they excited, sullen, industrious, wealthy, poor, etc.). “As you make your way to your destination, you find yourself passing through the neighborhood of Smoke. The buildings are in poor repair and the people you pass are sullen, casting an angry glare at you as you pass. You find yourselves pulling together for security, keeping one hand on your weapon and the other on your coin pouch. As you cast your gaze ahead, you can just make out Market Street, with its bright colors and more jovial atmosphere. You quicken your steps in order to put this sad neighborhood behind you.”

4:08 By this point I was assuming the sponsor of today's video would be Ferðamálastofa (Icelandic Tourist Board)! And an excellent job on the cuts!
