Beautiful fabric that is a delight to sew, but I fear that in the current financial climate they are pricing themselves out of the market and we will lose it for good, this saddens me greatly as my husband spent most of his working life in the production of Harris Tweed and as a craft worker I have been using it for over 20 years, at the current price per metre I can no longer produce goods at a price ordinary people can afford and to be in market where there is still plenty of money the costs of advertising/ promotion are too high a risk for a one man band.
