Back in the day (20 years ago) we used to put a car battery in a box with a car radio/cd player and car speaker on each side for work.

For me as a kid in the 2000’s Jensen speakers 6/9’s and what not with card board boxes and alpine/pioneer decks we’re so huge for me lol! Best days ever!

I built one with 4) 6.5 inch kicker coax speakers, a kicker 400.1 mono amp amd an old Audiobahn AW1006T 10 inch sub poweed by an older Alpine bluetooth stereo. I used a 600 watt computer power supply I saw at best buy for $30. Everything is in its own sealed chamber so the subwoofer doesnt ruin anything. Hits insanely low and is really loud! The guys at work love it!

У меня в молодости хобби было: делал саб-стелс в нишу крыла из эпоксидный смолы. И получалось так хорошо, что люди думали что это заводской саб. А тут.. Коробку с колонками собрали и рады 🤷‍♂️

I built one about 6 years ago using a double din pioneer car radio . I also added a 400 w RMS subwoofer amp & 12" kicker sub woofer to it and running it off a 1200 w 12vdc (100a) switching power supply . My idea went over so well at my workplace that others at work copied it .

I did something simular to this 30 years ago. Didn't have bluetooth, but had a car battery in the back, and the sound from using a wood box was fantastic. 👍

I built nearly the same thing, but I used a 124 amp hr agm battery and a trickle charger. 12+ hrs of run time.

Just love audio projects. This is a classic boom box . The only thing missing is the cassette player. A rechargeable battery would be nice for outside.
Might build one on my holiday.

Love it. Gonna make one. There's 2 more channels to use on that head unit! Think a four speaker version has gotta happen.

very good work! :) thanks for share!
I had a box too, I added foam inside for better sound , it enhances a little if you avoid a little bit of "resonancia"
