En el segundo caso:<br>En las dos salidas de 12V y 3 Amp., según donde conectes el Fan, girará hacia la derecha o hacia la izquierda (negativo a masa de un lado, y positivo a masa del otro).<br>Dejando aparte de que no lo serigrafiaste (- y +), y de que el voltaje es mas del doble para la carga de un móvil, (si tienes la suerte de conectarlo en la salida adecuada), se puede quemar su entrada de corriente de carga. Y si lo conectas en la otra (+ a masa), en menos de un segundo (si no tiene diodo protector de entrada). Incluso puede estallar.<br><br>Queriendo o sin querer, estás jugando con la integridad de las personas...

Зарядка для Ноубука обычно имеет выход в 19 вольт. Кулер на 24 вольта будет работать на 12 может сгореть, а телефон вообще лучше не подключать. Быстрая зарядка для телефона дает если не ошибаюсь 12 вольт. Так что кто хочет пусть проверяет свой телефон на прочность. 😊
