  What I love about the meeting with Goldfinger and Bond is how Bond initially suspects the plot to be the actual original one from the novel, where Goldfinger literally plans to just steal all the gold from Fort Knox, and berates him on how unrealistic it really is. When he then deduces the plan is actually much more logical now, using a nuclear device to destroy the gold and amplify the value of his own private stocks, it&apos;s an amazing moment.

  It speaks volumes about the Craig era that your bottom 3 are all Craig villians.The Blofeld miss was the biggest. How do you get the rights to Blofeld back, have Waltz play him, and stumble so badly?

  As a German I had the benefit of not having Goldfinger dubbed by Collins, it’s actually Froebe himself. Knowing now both versions Collins does a fantastic job matching Froebe.
