I can trace my Norwegian ancestry back to 1500 AD but samples sent to 'My Heritage' tells me that I'm a bit Irsh. How can that happen? Another thing: How about Scandinavians, - how many are of Scandinavian ancestry?

My DNA is Irish, Scottish, Welsh 59.1% English 32.9% Italian 3.7% Greek and South Italian 1.7% Scandinavian 1.7% Ashkenazi Jewish 0.9%. I was adopted, so finding my actual ancestry/heritage is difficult, but DNA is a good start.
