  Dear CSIS - the next time you do historical analysis of revisions to a weapons system - e.g. started with A, then in 2023 we get A&apos; with modem -- could you please put an estimated price tag on the improvements? And perhaps discuss &nbsp;the cost vs benefits of the changes? <br>If things are changing to solve problems, there are reasons/costs - and it is interesting to explore if the solutions are worth it.<br><br>E.g. how much were those Raspberry Pi and UA modem mods - $300-1000? And are the Russians paying &nbsp;$8k for a XK-F358 modem -- the price I see when I look one up? That sounds too &nbsp;expensive.

  It’s the 21st century. Knowledge and tech are no longer exclusive to a select few nations. This isn&apos;t 1492, 1609, 1803, 1839, 1884 or the 19th-century era of colonial conquest and the Trail of Tears. The rules have changed.
