This song reminds me of my childhood. Haunting singing and music. Good afternoon Marianne . ❤️

Considering the amount of studio production in the original song, this live version is very good.

Have not across live performances of this song. Terrific job on your part. You captured it perfectly. It is a study in denial. For instance, keeping a photo to hide a stain on the wall is hardly characteristic of an individual who is not in love. Incidentally, Tori Amos did a cover of 'I'm Not in Love' on her album of covers called 'Strange Little Girls.' The pacing and instrumentation are different, but it is worth checking out.

This song was sleeper hit when it came out. Nobody could figure how they created the tonal qualities with the analog equipment available at the time. Interesting backstory in itself. I was 18 at that time and it's still one of my favorite songs lyrically & musically.

on a similar theme you might do a reaction video on a song (not from the 80s) called "Say it Right" - there's a line in it...goes like this - "hey; you don't mean noth'n at all to me"...great song cool video Nelly Furtado is super hot in this video.

Of course he's in love - and that's a very scary way for a man who has been severely burned by love before...its a wonderful song and easy for any man who has been betrayed by his woman/wife...

Do enjoy some 10cc. Also plays in Guardians of the Galaxy. I keep wanting to suggest songs, but my list goes on forever so I’ll just wait for your reactions. ❤
