Your work is fantastic. I live in Florida, I'm not American, but I admire people who fight for the common good. I tried the same in Brazil and was persecuted. The important thing is to never give up! Big hug!

I grew up in Sunrise, FL and bought a home there over 15 years ago. I have since sold it for triple what I paid for it! I then relocated to Port St. Lucie, FL where the housing market value has more than doubled for most of us. I agree with you - the real estate market is stronger than ever in Florida! 😀

Grant--- I really like your videos. Short, sweet and concise without the long BS commentary! I'm in PBG-- while a bit pricey, it's a great place to put down stakes.

The further northeast from Tampa the cheaper it is. We live in Citrus County with no crime, A+ schools, no traffic and great and cheap HOAs.
