  His father is in the video. His father had stage 4 kidney disease. He only had one kidney because he donated one for someone else years ago. Immediate family was found not to be able to donate. James's father was weeks, maybe months from dying. As a result of this video, a distant cousin in Australia offered and was found to be a match. The father is doing well now, subject to the anti-rejection drugs transplant recipients must take.

  No matter how many times I hear this song I cry!  His dad survived, thank God - but this was his goodbye to him when he was at death's door.

  They were both in the British army and each time they were deployed they said goodbye saying we’re just two men saying goodbye❤️🎼❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧
