  Barry was really smart in this. The cheese sauce was actually a clever way to start, although he thought he was making cheese soup, and he was clever by not falling into the trap of "I must add my own twist" to the desert!

  The fact that Mike didn&apos;t just make a beer batter for his deep fried food seems like such a lost opportunity, like there was an obvious solution for incorporated the guinness into fried food

  I would love to see this format where they each have different mystery ingredients but they only know what their own ingredient is.

  My one suggestion would be more discussion during the reveals at the end about what each person&apos;s vision was when they were working on each dish. Hearing how the various expectations and intentions were realized, improved, or diverted would be fascinating. Thanks to all of you for the excellent format and I can&apos;t wait to see what&apos;s next!

  Jamie was a real gem in this episode. &nbsp;Basically solo-ed the dessert and fixed the main&apos;s sauce. &nbsp;Unfortunately lost the plot on pouring a loose sauce on fresh bread, but still did a nice veg/pancetta topping so 2.5/3.<br>Barry, on the other hand, somehow learnt to keep things going. &nbsp;Instead of ignoring all previous contributions and doing his own thing, he actually picked up the cues and progressed things, especially on the main. &nbsp;Now, if only he left a little cue for Jamie on the starter instead of just thick soup/thin sauce.

  I love that the immediate reaction to the fire alarm is just &quot;Oh who&apos;s done that now?&quot; <br>Hoping that if an actual alarm went off there&apos;d be someone there that made sure the guys all get out, lol.
