  There was a 3 day truck run hosted at the water park the last weekend of December for a few years. The run was organized by Sunset Truckers, and called Resolutions. Great times.

  There is a Lone Phone Booth on Hwy 395 & Hwy 108 ( Sonora Rd.) in front of the Cal Trans Yard.

  I unfortunately lived at the Cecil Hotel for a minute. There’s nothing there but bad people and annoying tourists taking pictures.

  that's true about the Cerro Gordo hotel except for its rebuilt now, there's a lot of history there that's for sure.. Brent has done a beautiful job at that place, he's even done pretty good with the silver and a little bit of gold he's pulling out of the old mine, him and Jason from Mount Baker mining, and Dan Hurd from Dan hurd prospecting, and I can't leave all the volunteers that have helped him up there.. they all have done beautiful work, I believe someday people will be able to go on a tour up there and go into some of the parts of the mine area, now that would be cool and to be able to hang out with Brent that's even cooler.. I would even help the man do some work up there if he need it.. he is a very knowledgeable person and anything you would want to know about the area and the surrounding area he knows.. I will see it someday hopefully before I die it's part of my bucket list...🤫

  The Cecil Hotel looks like a ‘precursor to &nbsp;Hotel Transylvania or the cartoon rendition of ‘Transylvania High’. <br> &nbsp; &nbsp;It really has a flair for the dark humor and parallels to the monster culture ( real or imagined) that , let’s face it , is with our current culture for keeps. <br>The value of these videos, that are ‘blasts to the PAST seem more like a ‘record’ of how we might one day be LIVING if we weren’t more concerned about the environs we lived in‼️‼️

  As for the moving rocks, its wind + water+ waves. # 1The water wets the soil providing a mud lubricant. # 2Winds blow creating waves. #3 waves slap the rocks repeatedly providing the movibg force &nbsp;ICE my ass.
