that reminds me of my vaccation in Taiwan last year. Three of us tried the same stinky tofu and we had very different reactions to it: One found it revolting, for me it had almost no taste whatsoever, and number three liked it so much, he couldn't get enough of it.

I loooove the fruit in Taiwan. I think about it a lot. My favorite is the wax apple/java apple which I can’t find in the US at all. I even like their pineapple which normally I’m not a fan of. When I watch food vlogs of Taiwan I want to tell people to try the fruit as well. It’s so overlooked but so delicious

There are two different stinky tofu. One is fried stinky tofu and it doesn't smell so bad. The other one is steamed stinky tofu and it does smell bad because of the stinky recipe in a hot pot.

Yes, you love nature, great. After serving my two year term in the army in Taiwan, I hate nature. It was awful to be soaking wet in the forest for three days, and carrying all the army gear to land on the beach.
