  I had the similar issue with my UDM-Pro, and I was running Protect on it only with 2 cameras! The moment I bought my UNVR and moved everything over, disabling Protect in UDM-Pro - it fixed the issue!

  My UDM Pro was also freezing under load with IDS/IPS/QoS/SQM and so I upgraded to the Beast.  Only thing I regret: not doing it sooner.  The Beast has been amazing and now I can download large files without needing to worry about affect other clients' latencies.

  Had the same experience when i upgraded,  it just worked easiest swap ever. I only have 2gig fiber. I've never seen the self test do better than 1.9/1.2 on my old pro-max. Online test came back around 2 bi directional. The Beast is consistently doing 2.3-2.4 bi-directional. No idea why that's always a issue.

  cloud flares speed test is always low because  it measures real-world web browsing quality rather than your network's absolute maximum peak bandwidth or Because the test runs directly inside your web browser, it includes overhead from your local device, CPU load, extensions, and Wi-Fi stability rather than isolated hardware

  I’m having a similar issue almost the same setup as you I have a UDM Pro Max and I used to get easy 8-9Gbps up and down. <br><br>Lately though it’s having a hard time getting over 3

  Exact same issue somewhat with my UDM Pro. ISP contacted me asking if I wanted to beta test 7Gig (from my current 2G) UDM Pro maxed out around 5.5gbps with everything turned off. Got a Cloud Gateway Fiber and now pulling 7.5G with everything turned on.

  Im running with Beast from start for on my 8Gbit inet. So i tried UDM-PROMAX with 5gbit my 2nd inet. I run normaly with UGC-Fiber with it. I must say UDM-PRO MAX is for 2.5G inet not for 5Gbit inet. So i return it and i got my money back.

  im curious about those boiler sensors you have in your home assistant dash what does that do? I see temp and I see heating zones are they just temp sensors or do you have control over each zone and stuff?
