Most LS lovers would say the 430HP is just the beginning. On the other hand, you used the stock shortblock. Unlike most channels, you didn't go wild on new parts. From 230 to over 400 on $2800 sounds good to me .

People underestimate the power of the small block. A set of pistons and it would have blown the LS3 numbers out and still came well under the budget. Damm good showing!

415 hp out of a low output used engine is great. If it isnt quite enough a little shot of N²O would get Declen where he wants to be.

When I was a kid I learned to work on old Mustangs from a great guy named Frank James. I didn't have a great mentor at home and this guy helped me learn to be a better man. Y'all are doing great work!
