The kitchen is so important to keep clean and orderly. It makes it easier to take care of our nutrition. Good nutrition, good energy, good mental health, good life.

My favorite part of your content is when you say “I hope something good happens to you today” because you truly mean it!!! Thank you!

Thumbs up for Florence Nightingale! I wish modern hospitals would follow her hospital ventilation recommendations.

Team "husband does the laundry" here! 😄 He does one load a day, and it works great for us.

In college I spent a couple of summers working in the kitchen at a conference center. The rule there was: If you have time to lean, you have time to clean! So helpful to be clearing as you cook.

I was born in a tropical country, the Solomon Islands, in Oceania (close to Australia). Airing the house, is the lifestyle. On a sunny day we'll air mattresses, pillows, rugs, pillows, shests and entire closet of clothes regularly.

I live in South America now, and I know when people don't air their homes, do laundry or shower regularly. Not all, but the ones who do are easy to tell.

I love doing the nightly reset before bed and being able to come down to a calm space the next morning

When we travel, if we are not flying, I take my pillow from home. I put a bright colored pillow case on it so I know it’s mine and I don’t forget it wherever we stay. As soon as I bring it back to our bed, I put a fresh pillow case on it. I sleep better with my own pillow and pillow case but have to put a fresh one on as SOON as we get home!

Weekly laundry works best for me. I do 2-3 loads once a week. Sometimes 4 loads or 1 load another day. When I'm sitting working on something, I need to get up and move. So putting the laundry from the washer to the dryer, or removing laundry from the dryer and folding it, or putting it away, fits the bill.

Totally team once per day laundry! Used to do it all on the weekends- miserable waste of a half a weekend day!
