  I&apos;m glad everyone in the comments is waking up and calling out tipping culture.<br><br>Hopefully next, we all shame these multibillion dollar companies to pay their employees a liveable wage if they want workers.<br><br>If you can&apos;t afford workers, then that&apos;s a money problem coming from your part!

  No one is making you be a waitress or waiter. No one&apos;s making any of you do the jobs you&apos;re doing. &nbsp;Whatever they are. &nbsp;<br>This is disgusting behavior. &nbsp;<br>I&apos;m tired of the tipping culture. &nbsp;We decide if you get a tip. We decide what that tip is. &nbsp;<br>I&apos;m tired of people saying if you can&apos;t afford to tip you shouldn&apos;t go out to eat. What gives you the right to dictate what someone with less income does? <br>I generally tip. However if I don&apos;t have 15 or 20% I should not be made to feel less than. Also we tip according to the service. &nbsp;You and your employers should not dictate what we tip. <br>I feel the restaurant should be paying a proper living wage. Lord knows they are charging a lot of money for the food. It&apos;s not our responsibility to pay your bills. <br>I&apos;m 70 years old and have been cooking for everyone else my entire life. &nbsp;It&apos;s nice to be able to go out and have someone else serve me once or twice a year. No cooking, &nbsp;no dishes makes me happy. <br>It&apos;s time to start getting it from your employers by getting a fair wage. It&apos;s bs that they don&apos;t. &nbsp;They are the ones that are creating this problem. They don&apos;t want to pay you more bc you get tip money. How dare you get tip money and draw a check is how they think. Some of them even take money if you get a good tip. They just don&apos;t want you to make money from them and get a tip. <br>No one should decide what you tip but you. No one should be telling us how much we must tip. <br>I do have sympathy for the workers but no one says you can&apos;t find other work. It&apos;s not up to us to pay your wages. It&apos;s up to your employer. &nbsp;Tips are a gratuity not a subsidy.

  It’s hilarious seeing them so mad cause they didn’t get a tip. It’s not a requirement for us to tip if we don’t want to and I’m not tipping before I get my food. Cope harder and stay mad goofys🤡🤷🏽‍♂️🤣💯

  I have worked as a server. Never heard of tip out. That’s new to me.

  Servers are working directly for the customer. Getting rid of tipping will not save the customer any money, and will no longer incentivize the server to put any effort into your experience at all. Think

  Stop blaming us for your employer not wanting to pay you a decent living wage. Like you, although we have better paying jobs, we’re also being priced to the max on everything and don’t dare tell us that we don’t have the right to order food or sit in a restaurant after working all week and then not wanting to tip. I always tip but I will take into consideration your attitude, your interaction or lack of with me and how the food was presented and how attentive you were while dining. I understand there are other tables you’re attending to but if after 15 minutes I’m still waving you down for condiments or drinks that I should have gotten at the start or for refills, your tip is going to reflect that. It’s not our fault you took a job banking on tips rather than a regular steady salary and your boss just doesn’t care. Maybe look for a decent paying position or enroll in so e classes. I worked two jobs, took care of my home and family and continuously attended classes whenever I could to better my situation so it can be done. It’s the attitude of so many of y’all added to the extra large fees that are affecting your tips.

  Why work for capitalist scumbag employers who wont pay a fair wage, &nbsp;the buyer should not be forced to make up explotied workers pay while the seller rakes in all the profit.

  Ya well almost everyone is hurting for money. &nbsp;They have no idea the situation their customers are in. &nbsp;But keep up being a d-bag and people will stop ordering delivery and thus there is no need for them to have a job at all. &nbsp;Keep telling your customers to not come if they don&apos;t tip what you demand and there will soon not be a need for your job. &nbsp;smh. &nbsp;But the &quot;tip out&quot; to server support staff should not be a percentage of the bill it should be a percentage of the server&apos;s tips.
