'Car Share' is a TV sitcom written by Peter Kay, revolving around two co-workers at a supermarket who are thrown together in a company car share scheme to and from work, with Kayleigh (played by Sian Thomas, who was at drama school with Peter, so their chemistry is natural as old friends!) and occasional other characters from the store - the whole thing is comedy gold!

In my English class for German adults<br>at the equivalent of a community college in Germany<br>we were talking about holidays<br>and one wonderful middle-aged woman said she enjoyed<br>"going cruising"<br>I had to explain that "going cruising" can mean going looking for a sexual partner<br>and it was better to say "going on cruises"<br>which is what she meant.<br><br>The pitfalls of language.

Car Share is a great show, so funny, it's only 13 half hour episodes so one of those shows you can binge watch in no time

Called ‘dogging’ because that’s what the spectators use as an excuse if they’re caught in that area “who, me, NOooo! I was just walking my dog”. <at least, I think this was the origination - if anyone knows different, please tell me>
