  Mercy just isn't good enough to take over lobbies with players who don't have the positional awareness to play with mercy.  Bap, for example, can adjust to idiotic charging teammates by doing more damage and just using burst heal and invulnerability to tip the fight when their team is knee deep.  A mercy just has to watch their team feed and die.

  Yeah, my take is that the tank had terrible positioning and if the mercy would have tried ti keep them at 100% the whole time they would have fallen over repeatedly

  This isn't a plat Mercy.  That is a plat tank though, so sometimes the plat tank does plat tank things.  It's not Mercy's job to keep that tank up while they're doing dumb sh*t (tank players, please, you may look like an armoured assault vehicle but I promise you, you will fall over if you try and act like one all the time) but because Mercy is so team reliant to climb that might be part of the problem.

  just a note, wonderful mercy, i agree that it was mostly the tank's fault. but i will say, the zarya genji ult combo and the juno mei combo are both absolutely evil. just sayin'.

  as a mercy main myself, that's a damn good Mercy play. during the escort, i saw some dps just standing still and doing dps and not helping. you can't really do anything about that.

  Ppl talking about the tank kinda over extending a few times, but the Mercy did mention one of their dps had 23 deaths and oh boy does that show in the gameplay. That junkrat was CONSTANTLY low hp, taking away the damage boost from most of the teamfights. Seriously, its like he had an aversion to cover. If I was this Mercy I would honestly learn another support more so they can be better prepared if the Mercy just isnt working out. Ive recently played like 30 unranked matches straight as Illari to learn her cuz her healing output is absolutely insane and lets you be in two places at the same time. They could also maybe try to find some higher ranked ppl to play with as Mercy does HEAVILY rely on good teammates.

  it’s so funny when a mercy goes for a rez in a 1 v 5 situation. like idk who you think i am but i’m not about to team wipe them after they just rolled us lol

  If I were that Mercy, that is when I avoid that tank, and hopefully he appears next game to give back the SR he stoled.
