  Emongg is so smart; he's a great teacher, I watch some other vod review stuff and some people, although themselves great players, just focus on any and all mistakes that they see. Emongg gets to the crux of the matter, and also doesn't oversimplify the situation. OW is a very complicated game, the mistakes happen in a network of interrelated issues.

  Biggest tip I have for ranked anxiety:<br><br>Blizzard has removed all of the comp rewards that go off of your current rank at the end of the season, it&apos;s just your peak rank that matters. Plus, those peak rank rewards aren&apos;t actually all that great. I&apos;m pretty sure at least part of why they made those changes was to help ranked anxiety. If you get all the way to GM, then fall all the wat to silver, it sucks, but it doesn&apos;t actually mean anything. Comp is just a place where matches are a bit more fair and people are playing to win rather than exclusively for fun. It&apos;s not like you&apos;re putting money on the games. You gotta detach your identity from your rank. Try to throw some music on and just keep requeueing. Eventually, you&apos;ll realize each loss truly isn&apos;t that deep.

  im honored to be the first emerald player spectated on this channel! thank you emongg for the opportunity for feedback. stream normally goes live around the time i&apos;m finishing up my work shift so i always put it on my tv to have some food and wind down for bed. i was in chat for this one though. i didn&apos;t say much because i was nervous, but one thing i did say that i&apos;ll reiterate here is that i have noticed in past games that i need to adjust to my tank&apos;s playstyle mid-game but i didn&apos;t realize it was happening in this game until emongg pointed it out. it probably happens way, way more than i even realize so it was super helpful to hear that. i feel like my tank ended up adjusting to me more than me actually paying attention to them so i&apos;m lucky they were locked in. <br><br>one thing i know i&apos;m consistently good at is suzu. not necessarily using them at the correct times (at the beginning of this game i really was just hitting the button) but i know i can hit it when i do throw it out. i think this is what has caused me to play so safe. because i&apos;m so confident at hitting long range suzus, i&apos;m not worried about my team that&apos;s further up taking pressure because i know i can get a good suzu on them. but this is a very passive way to play and i should be more proactive with my kit. TP can get me to the safe spots, i don&apos;t need to start and stay there. and if i&apos;m further up with my team, the extra pressure i add may mean i don&apos;t need to use suzu in the first place.<br><br>emongg did not focus on the things that i know i would have if i reviewed this game on my own so having another set of eyes is such a big help. i&apos;m extremely detailed oriented but he gave me the bigger picture and explained what actions or inactions i took that led to scuffed or lost team fights. so, again, thank you to emongg and his team for this review. it was a swell treat!<br><br>and, for anyone who has tips for ranked anxiety, please comment them below this or just share with me your journey through it. much love to all ❤

  Emongg is top tier because not only does he give advice while being kind, but he very obviously treats his cats well &lt;3 Bengals require so much exercise, so it&apos;s cool to see him pause stream to play with them, and the cat wall looks awesome!

  I&apos;m making a second comment because I&apos;m also a kiri player. Peak GM 3 a few weeks ago for your reference.<br><br>- I&apos;d recommend not using TP offensively. Take your off angle, get in a fight, start losing, then TP OUT. If you TP into that fight, you&apos;re dead. SOMETIMES you can TP in to save someone, but you generally wanna save it for self defense.<br>- I was so ready to give tips on kiri aim, but yours is actually pretty good. Like Emongg said, the majority of your kiri gameplay is actually really good.<br>- Adding on to what emongg said about the off angles, when you have an aggressive tank player/hero, they&apos;re gonna demand a ton of resources and attention from you. THAT IS OK! Give them what they need to survive, as long as they&apos;re using that to get value. However, that means you aren&apos;t gonna get to do much off-angle damage yourself. Take the chance when you get it.<br>- Last thing, not sure if it applies: bear in mind that your actions GENUINELY CAN have in impact on whether or not your team wins the game. You&apos;re good, man. If you play just a little bit more proactively and think like &quot;If I make a good or slightly better play, it could win us the game.&quot; you may see a genuine great bit of success. Go get that torb turret, cuz ain&apos;t nobody else gonna do it.

  I find playing Kiri in Plat/Emerald so frustrating. People just want you sit back and healbot. Just yesterday I got blamed for a loss by a Reaper who had less Elims/Assists and more deaths then me on Kiri because I had less overall healing then the other supports. I had the most damage of all the supports on both teams. Meanwhile dude was playing sniper reaper all game. Makes me not want to play Kiri.

  The biggest help against &quot;comp anxiety&quot; is to remember that it literally is just a game, it&apos;s not that deep. Play to have fun and you&apos;ll win exponentially more by proxy

[Sometimes the tank might be a lost cause, not sure if you should dump resources on them or just try to keep the rest of the team up]<br><br><br>Edit: he brings it up too on attack hehe. I have the same problem, i catch myself. Looks like you did too :P
