  Being on bodygame is a middle finger to the face of mfs that think they're above the rest simply because their wallet's fat. It reminds people that their success doesn't overwrite the fact that they still have a certain level of incompetency, and that beer gut gonna snitch on em every time 😂

  Damn straight! I just lost 20 pounds, taking myself 10 pounds less than my weight goal. I went on a shopping haul last week and EVERYTHING I tried on fit! What a feeling. I went to get my nails done and my nail tech told me that when I walked in, all the nail techs said in Vietnamese, that I looked like a doll. When I told my pharmacist I was going to have to on start Medicare in January, she said if I hadn't told her that, she would have no idea I was anywhere near 65. I'm 64 years old. Age ain't nothing but a number. I'm so glad I've kept myself together. 60 is the new 40! YAAASSS!🎉🥳🎉💪🏽🚶🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏋🏾‍♀️🙏🏾

  Don’t just lift weights. Make sure you’re doing cardio. For longevity you need both muscle and a strong heart/arteries.   Don’t fall into the trap of looking fit, without actually being fit.

  I don't work out, I train...I train my body to look a certain way and I do it religiously....it's therapeutic for me...it's my escape...

  It's respected because unlike a BBL or lip filters and crap, you can't buy that. You have to earn that, you have to be disciplined, focused and consistency.

  My wife buys my clothes from Salvation Army store and I get compliments because I work out and it looks expensive
