Brinkley should change the world and allow direct to consumer sales.

There is plenty to love about Brinkley, Im very curious how they are holding up a year + down the bumpy road. If i am expected to pay more, the reason needs to be that they are built better, stronger, and more durable. A true mark of a good manufacturer is its warranty. In 2025, a 2 year warranty just won't cut it. ANYTHING you buy for 150K had better hold up longer than 2 years !

I really like that this CEO has agreed to talk to the camera and respect his straightforward and logical answers. His answers have really made a difference in a future purchase for me.

Brinkley is the only RV company who's co-founder is at the forefront of all the issues. Everyone else tells you to talk to their lawyers or PR people. Hang in there Nate!

As a space designer for our company, there are some out of the box thinking ideas that I think would set Brinkley apart from all the rest even more. More and more people are using the toy hauler garage as living space not for hauling. We need a brave out of the box company to incorporate a slide in the garage with a drop down murphy bed. The Happy Jack units take up too much space and as long as I have been an RV'r, ive never heard of someone using it as a dining space, its always been a living space den. So get that ugly monster happy jack out of there and put a drop down murphy bed in a short slide so when it is closed up and you don't need the bed, a fold up side table end table is there and you can put some seating in there but the table folds down when you drop the bed unit down. I have also sent multiple messages to Brinkley on this. You have models where the space under the front bed is deep enough for a step down, but the space you are stepping down into is not used wisely. Design that entire space as a laundry center with a combo unit under the bed. Raise the bed up on laundry day, and you're already using the clothes hook racks under it anyway, now you can dedicate that entire under bed drop down as a full laundry center which gives the owner back a huge hanging closet since its no longer a washer/dryer stack space. you already have water and power up there so this should be an easy NEW design. Customers will not see this coming and will love it and NO ONE ELSE is doing either of these !! Continue to be FIRST in the industry.

Very good interview, J.D..
You had some good questions about good topics. Better than your questions, were his responses. He didn't dance around an issue, he impressed me with not only his answers but the knowledge behind them. Answers that were based on experience and first hand knowledge, not just speaking from information fed to him at his desk in an office.
These are the types of supervisors, managers, vice presidents and presidents of quality companies. They learn and speak from the perspective of first doing, and then being a true leader. A leader because of experience not just a diploma hung on a wall.
Brinkley units are expensive, one of the upper echelon of manufacturers. But the old saying is true, you get what you pay for, is true. Realistically I know people want the best, top of the line unit, but also have budget constraints to live within. Were I to be a full timer, I would definitely look at the upper tier of manufacturers, Brinkley being one of them.
Love your channel, I appreciate the way you "review" the units. Keep up the great work.
Hod bless y'all and stay safe out there in this crazy world. 👍👍

We have a 24 Z3100. We walked through hundreds of fifth wheels from every manufacturer. We knew as soon as we walked through the Brinkley that the build was just so much better. It cost more but we felt it was worth it and we have been extremely happy with it and the customer support we get!
