Finally a video that hits the target. AT 77, I am not going to be crawling around under a unit, nor ripping ceiling up for chasing a water leak. And I can't afford to hire a tech to do it at $200/hr labor. However, I take exception to the statement that Aluminum that has been wielded is without problems, as aluminum does NOT flex as well as steel, so bolting is better than wielding it in all but framing, anything to do with chassis that flexes...my snowmobile trailer needed wielding twice, and made with aluminum, but my utility trailer made from steel is rock solid after over 20 years of use and ok, some abuse. Having said that this video should be a bench mark manual for anyone going to buy new....and seems lots of money might be saved if one finds a good pre-owned unit. Thanks for posting this bold vid....it helps in a world of stick it to the customer attitude.

Finally. As an Outdoors RV Titanium 5th wheel owner, not only can I attest to the truth of the information in this video, the next thing you need to consider when you buy an RV is the dealership. As far as Outdoors RVs are concerned, the #1 dealer in the country is Thompsons RV in Pendleton Oregon, just down the road from the Outdoors RV factory. Smart buyers come from as far away as Alaska and the east coast to buy from them. And if you somehow find something that isn't right in an Outdoors RV, they will make it right. Simply the best in the business. The only thing about an Outdoors RV is that because they are built so well, they are also heavy trailers. You will need to make sure that your tow vehicle can handle them, and don't skimp on that part of the equation at all.

Me and my wife wanted to go full timing in a fifth wheel so we did Serious research for almost 2 years and the brand we found was Luxe fifth wheels the fit to finish the quality the construction 3-inch walls they are direct to consumer they are built one at a time not on a production line the customer service is outstanding. As soon as you walk into Luxe fifth wheel you could see the fit and finish seriously we are were amazed I would buy no other fifth wheel than a Luxe

Curious what you think about the PAUSE and Reboot line. They have really stepped up to build a truly solid quality product. The product support is also amazing and first rate. These are trailers built for off road abuse, with custom huck riveted aluminum frames and independent air ride suspension by MORryde. This is a Forest River brand, but it is completely separate from the standard Forest River build processes and customer service. I'm an owner and I was very hesitant to buy this being a Forest River brand, but there has been no disappointments as an owner. I hope Forest River as a company looks at the success of how this brand is building a quality product and how the staff is standing behind their product.
