  Alex Ferguson will have been strict as boss and was right as manager of Man Utd. 26 years of building the club up and winning proves it. All these players were handsomely paid to play football. There can be only one boss in the dressing room at such an enormous club as United. People in power in the real world use others, play them and dispose of them when it suits. It&apos;s not always right, of course, but that&apos;s the way it goes.
