  I have to thank you, I had your video downloaded since June last year, I arrived in Narita about five hours ago, with your note to go north I arrived immediately after exiting the narita express and was en route to kobe with zero delay

  I nearly didn&apos;t watch this video as I thought, &quot;How hard can it be to find a shop?&quot; But, knowing that Tokyo station was huge, thought I&apos;d have a quick look. I&apos;m so glad that I did! Your instruction and presentation is excellent and showing what you have purchased was a bonus. By chance, I happened to of printed out a map of the station to help me navigate it when we arrive. (I have marked it with my arrival, departure and all entry/exits that I will be using.) &nbsp;I have now put a big &quot;X marks the spot&quot; on it also! Thank you so much! xx
