Betty did her job at the highest level under unimaginable pressure. That's when you prove your worth, and she did. It's nice to see her family meet the last person she spoke to. May she and all victims rest in eternal Peace.

So sad!! Her brother is 77 and her mom is 99. She probably would have lived a long life is that didn't happen to her. RIP Beautiful Courageous Woman!!

I always felt bad for the 911 operators who took those calls. I can’t imagine the feeling of helplessness.

Imo Betty Ong is one of the bravest Americans that ever lived. I can't imagine what they went through.

Betty was an inspiration to me. Both her and Alicia Titus (flight 175). I got hired as a Flight Attendant by American at age 24. I took a picture on the same staircase as Betty did at the American Airlines headquarters to honor her memory. She seemed like a very beautiful person. May all victims rest in peace.

Betty Ong is the type of person that makes you want to be better. She carried herself with such poise and professionalism right until the end. She really did try her best for everyone. Hard to believe how many great lives just ended that day. RIP Betty.
