  i'd say don't overthink it regarding traveling because solo guest episodes are fun! they bring out different dynamics and i think this audience understands that u guys are busy and have other things going on besides the podcast, and therefore some episodes will be different from time to time and that's ok :) i think pre-recording or discord-type would maybe make more sense if it's like a long trip and one of you is gonna be gone for many weeks, but if it's just 1 or 2 epis here and there i think solo guests are fine. HAPPY 1 YEAR WOOHOOOO !!

  I think it would be fun to pre-record episodes that are like viewers send in their concerns, AITA, going through viewer dating profiles.. stuff like that would be really fun to watch and listen to.

  I think doing Discord episodes would be better than constant guest episodes. The guest episodes are nice too, but sprinkling in a few Discord call ones during trips would be nice too.
