This is some of the most creative content on YouTube. His reactions to life. Her reactions to him. And everything in between. You found a formula yall!✌️❤

I would have been so mad that the vet didn't do a physical check of the dog before running all those tests. I love that you just take the bad stuff and turn it around.

I hate that you had to go threw the bad stuff. But I loved how you made it into comedy. You adding comedy to your off-grid journey is probably 90% of why i keep watching you.

Such a series of unfortunate events you had. I've owned about 10 vehicles in my life and all of them had issues eventually. I babied all of them and fortunately all their engines were always good, but things like the transmission, electrical components, emissions, fuel delivery, and cooling systems all go out whenever they want. I just replaced my TPS on my van thanks to the school of youtube. The Wife's old jeep has taught me a lot of the different issues and the ability to tell my mechanic flat out what I need without a diagnosis haha. My truck's current state has upset me because somewhere in the front driver dash area all the rain is funneling into it and filling the floor area. I just can't mentally deal with it or taking it in so it's living under a tarp for now.

The dog thing is tough too. I had an uncle who passed and left his dog to me. 2 weeks later and it gets lethargic, cold to the touch, and evacuating some terrible looking fluids. I took it to the emergency vet and I guess the dog was experiencing some kind of animal anaphylactic shock. Thought initially someone had poisoned it, but it was an allergic reaction I suppose. They wanted to keep the dog for a few days, but I just had no funds to do it. They ended up giving it a epinephrine shot and some IV fluids after an ultrasound. They let tried to get me to apply for loan, but I said even if I'm approved I can't make the payments. Fortunately they had a low income fund or foundation setup to help and I got out with a small deductible and the dog is doing well years later. Thanks for the view inside your struggles.

I love watching you guys so much. It also makes us realize we don't want to start this type of thing from scratch. :)

Good grief! But you have the best attitude about the challenges that present themselves. I've been missing this and was delighted by a new episode. Cheering you on in IN.

Wish I lived close enough to just let you borrow my excavator….this is some of the most hard core stuff Ive ever seen. DIY skid steer built from scrap. You’re on another level. With content like this though you’ll be YouTube rich soon.
